Shipping Terms
Please Read In Entirety Before Purchasing Any Live Animals
All live shipments are sent out Tuesday-Thursday using Fedex or UPS.
Live animals will not be shipped without notifying the customer, so if you place an order for a live animal please contact us to arrange shipping dates that will work for you.
All live shipments are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health as long as they are held for pickup at a shipping hub. If you don't know where the nearest hub is we can provide you with that information upon request.
Live arrival guarantee only guarantees that the animal will be alive and healthy when the customer receives it. Because of the fragile nature of the animals we sell any deaths that occur after the day you receive them will not be covered by this guarantee. Exceptions will be made in some cases but will ultimately be our decision if it is after the guarantee window has closed.
All live shipments must be picked within a timely manner (within 5 hours of when they are available for pickup from the hub) in order for the live arrival guarantee to apply.
In the case of a DOA (dead on arrival) customer must provide proof of death (photos of the animal/s) within one hour of pickup. If a DOA occurs customer will be given the option of a refund or a replacement animal if available. Refund will only be for the price of the animal and shipping price will not be refunded. In the case that a replacement animal is sent customer is responsible for paying shipping price.
